Emma has more than twenty years’ experience working in design practice. Emma is skilled in both the business of practice and the critique of projects. Emma was the inaugural Chair of the Australian Institute of Architect’s National Committee for Gender Equity and is a frank advocate for creating working environments that allow parents to maintain sustainable working lives.
